Kickboxing

90 minutes of stretching, punching, kicking, sweating, and laughing.This class involves a high-intensity workout that combines elements of martial arts, boxing, and aerobics.

 Participants are led by an experienced instructor who guides them through a series of movements and techniques that involve punching, kicking, knee strikes, and other full-body movements. The class begins with a warm-up that includes stretching and light callisthenics, followed by a series of drills that focus on improving strength, endurance, and flexibility. The drills may include bag work, shadowboxing, and partner drills. Throughout the class, participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and to modify movements as needed to suit their fitness level. The class ends with a cool-down period that includes stretching and relaxation exercises
