Our Classes

In person, group classes that promote an energetic atmosphere and positive socialization while teaching current exercise techniques and styles. Designed to have fun, introduce new friends and get fit! 

P90X LIVE is a full-body, strength-training format, featuring four unique blocks of work: Cardio, Lower Strength, Upper Strength, Core. One hour, high Intensity, total body exercise class choreographed to music.

90 minutes of stretching, punching, kicking, sweating, and laughing. This class involves a high-intensity workout that combines elements of martial arts, boxing, and aerobics.
