Our Classes
In person, group classes that promote an energetic atmosphere and positive socialization while teaching current exercise techniques and styles. Designed to have fun, introduce new friends and get fit!

BOOT CAMP Classes are high-energy, group fitness workout designed to build strength, endurance, and overall conditioning. The classes are comprised of four rounds with 10 stations, 45sec each with 15sec breaks between. Each week has a different focus. Key points that are always maintained are safety and range of motion.
90 minutes of stretching, punching, kicking, sweating, and laughing. This class involves a high-intensity workout that combines elements of martial arts, boxing, and aerobics. All strikes are mad to a target or pad. No physical impact in class.
